As a client focused industry, this award recognises insurance providers and brokers and their relationships and engagement with clients and celebrates their outstanding communications with clients. This award celebrates the company that goes above and beyond to engage with their clients and develop creative ways to enable communications with clients in the last 18 months that demonstrate what the company can do and does for the client.

This is a generalist or specialist team that demonstrates exemplary client care strategies and has created a client faced culture to enable growth of the business.

The winner of this award will be a team or company that is making a real and positive impact in their relationships with their clients in their global insurance journey, through providing a positive engagement and communication strategy.


  • This award is open to all global insurers/reinsurers/broker teams or companies
  • Entries for this award must be nominated by a Manager, Stakeholder or Colleague.
  • Self-nominations will not be accepted – please seek a nominator.
  • We welcome entries recognising individuals working for businesses in the UK and Europe Criteria


  • Any relevant contextual information to help understand the business or external environment over the past 12-18 months.
  • An understanding of any specific challenges the team/ business has been facing in the last 12-18 months regarding client engagement.
  • Please describe the ambition and goal for client engagement over the last year and any drivers for improvement or change.


  • Examples of outstanding skill, best practice, activity, and process.
  • Why this is an exemplary case study for other global insurance professionals, other teams in the global insurance sector, and for the wider multinational community.
