This award celebrates the company that goes above and beyond to engage with their clients and develop creative ways to enable communications with clients in the last 18 months that demonstrate what the company can do and does for the client.
This is a generalist or specialist team that demonstrates exemplary client care strategies and has created a client faced culture to enable growth of the business.
The winner of this award will be a team or company that is making a real and positive impact in their relationships with their clients in their global insurance journey, through providing a positive engagement and communication strategy.

- Entries for this award must be nominated by a Manager, Stakeholder or Colleague.
- Self-nominations will not be accepted – please seek a nominator.
