This category will recognise collaborative initiatives where multiple organisations are working together across private and public sectors to deliver a greater impact for global insurance vs working individually. This award celebrates collaborations between business, regulators, public sector, industry bodies and/or other stakeholders that are trying to address a significant industry challenge, or seek to develop the global insurance profession, or aim to raise standards and change practice.

Judges will be looking for evidence to demonstrate the potential for cross-industry collaboration and how in practice this is making a real difference, delivering against the desired vision and objectives. Entries will demonstrate innovative thinking, a break from traditional ways of doing things and show how the partners have a real desire for results.

Eligibility

  • This award is open to all stakeholders working in global insurance: global insurance teams, external advisors, InsurTech, Regulators, Public Sector etc
  • This award can be entered by a stakeholder representative from the Partnership.
  • Please list the other collaborators as part of your submission.
  • Entries must demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline.
  • We welcome entries where the stakeholder representative is based in the UK and Europe.

Ambition

  • Who is involved in the PPP – organisations (public/private sector), the teams, individuals with job titles, geographies etc.
  • The motivators or drivers for the partnership.
  • What were the objectives for the last 12-18 months.

Excellence

  • Examples of outstanding skill, best practice, activity, and process.
  • How the partnership is an exemplary case study for other global insurance professionals, other teams in the global insurance sector, and for the wider multinational community.
  • Excellence in collaborative working, how this was established, how challenges have been overcome.
  • How did partnership support the business needs over the last year, how has it been flexible to adapt and innovate to deliver excellence? 

Innovation

  • Examples of how the PPP has shown creativity and agility to meet challenges and exceed goals.
  • Relevant detail about how they have used fresh and successful new models and strategies to operate successfully in challenging markets and in response to changing environments.
  • Details on how they have responded with innovation to major events.
  • Illustrate any innovation using the latest technology, processes, and communication channels.

Impact

  • Relevant detail to support your entry that illustrate the benefits to the team, your company and the wider insurance sector.
  • How has the PPP impacted on the business and other stakeholders? 
  • Any metrics that support their entry.

Customer Experience

  • Please provide details of how they have excelled in meeting the needs of the client.
  • Use examples to show how they have developed effective client relationships that have impacted positively on the business.
  • Illustrate how the PPP strengthened good outcomes and/or improved experience for customers.

 Endorsement 

  • Please provide between 1-3 supporting testimonials from partners working within the PPP.
  • Each testimonial should verify the success of the collaboration in the last 12-18 months.
  • Please keep each testimonial to a max of 100 words.
