Praveen Sharma, a UK Chartered Accountant, is an experienced member of the Insurance Regulatory & Tax Consulting Practice at Marsh.  Praveen is responsible for providing multinational companies with relevant information on insurance regulations and tax that could impact on their global insurance arrangements and risk financing structures.   

He has considerable experience in dealing with accounting, regulatory and corporate and premium tax issues relating to multinational companies including their captive insurance subsidiaries, non-life insurance companies, local authorities and Lloyd’s members.   

He presents regularly at international trade conferences/seminars and has written a number of articles on accounting, corporate and premium tax issues in various trade journals. 

Prior to joining Marsh in 2008, Praveen was Head of Regulatory and Compliance at Aon Global Risk Consulting since October 2001.  Previous to that Praveen was a Tax Senior Manager in the insurance tax department of KPMG for 13 years.
