Wendy joined IICF as Executive Director of the UK Division when it launched in June 2015, and since this time has worked alongside the Board of Directors to establish and grow the Foundation in the UK, leading and engaging corporate and charity partners to deliver foundation strategies, communications and events to raise funds and drive community impact in areas of education and social mobility.   

Wendy has over 20 years of international experience in consulting, corporate strategy and corporate social responsibility (CSR) – delivering strategies to improve brand performance, drive profitable growth and strengthen responsible business practices for companies in the retail, pharmaceutical and insurance sectors. She also volunteered at the CSR Centre in Dhaka Bangladesh, where she gained first-hand insight into social inequalities and the role of business can play in creating positive community impact.
