In 1997 Antonio graduated in Economics at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, and then gained the Consob (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) qualification as Financial advisor. Furthermore he obtained the Insurance and Risk Management’s Master Degree from MIB School of Management in Trieste.

In 2001 he started his career in Generali in the Multinational Program business area and then moved to Generali UK Branch in 2008 as Global Property Underwriter in London.

In 2013 he joined Generali Global Corporate & Commercial in Milan, as Head of Multinational Programs & Network Management coming back to his original interest: Multinational Business and the implied fascinating challenges that come along with it such as global risk management, compliance and taxation, cross culture implications, global operating model and execution. This is the position he still proudly holds today, leading a global team of more than 50 people, distributed across 16 countries.

He was born in Venice, the city of the Winged Lion, the iconic Generali logo, where he’s worked for his entire professional career and is still working today. He likes to think this was not down to coincidence.
