Debora joined Tokio Marine HCC in 2013 as Product Development Assistant focussing on Product Development. Soon after, (in 2017), she made the move into the Global Programmes department where Debora handles the issuance of global programmes in more than 60 countries for our Financial Lines and Cyber business and looks after business relationships with local partners in more than 30 of those countries. As part of the Global Programmes Underwriting team, Debora serves Global Programmes for producers worldwide including US, Singapore and Japan through an in-house platform (TMGo) used across the Tokio Marine Group and network.

Before joining TMHCC, Debora was an Italian jurist promoting international cooperation, human rights and rights for children.
