Karen has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry working on major multinational clients. She joined Willis Towers Watson in 2014 to lead the UK's International Proposition, working with the International Programme Management team (later to become GSS) and other areas of the group. Prior to this she was a Partner within the Global Service Risk Practice at JLT. 

As well as being an expert on international insurance practices, she has become a specialist in global fronted programmes and works actively with clients and major insurers (relationship Leaders, Underwriters and Support) in tendering and managing these programmes. Her expertise includes design and implementation of large insurance programmes, and extensive knowledge of international insurance protocols and global networks.

Karen is now responsible for all of the GSS centres of excellence throughout Europe, CEEMEA and Asia for developing and managing our multinational service proposition and teams throughout the regions.
