Karol Dobias has over 20 years of experience at Allianz, and has held various positions in London, Munich, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He currently serves as the Global Head of Multinational Transformation, Performance, and Excellence in Munich. In this role, Karol is responsible for strengthening the execution, business value impact, and resilience of the Multinational business model for Allianz Commercial. He drives the development of Multinational assets to build an ecosystem that improves client engagement, broker and network collaboration, technology-enabled productivity improvements, and digital integration of Multinational knowledge, including regulatory requirements. Karol is also the Multinational Global Business Owner of the broader Allianz Group Transformation, and the Business Owner for Multinational technology for Allianz Commercial.
