Martial joined HDI in 2005. Since 2007, he has been part of the network team and as such one of the few who has built up the HDI Global Network from scratch. He currently leads the team who is responsible for the Global Network, and is also HDI's Global Tax Coordinator as the main contact in the relation to IPT topics. He has 15+ years experience in Network Management as well as coordination of International Programmes.
