Liz’s career extends over a 13 year period, where she has actively collaborated with insurance companies and brokers. In 2014, she left the insurance industry and began managing insurances directly for UK-based housing associations. In this role, she oversaw various aspects of insurance, including the management of insurer and broker relationships, insurance procurement, claims processing, and the formulation of risk mitigation and transfer strategies. 
 
In 2021, Liz joined Alfred H Knight Holdings, a global business specialising in inspection, analysis, and technical consultancy services for the metals & minerals, agriculture, and solid fuels sectors. In this position, she is responsible for the alignment of insurance portfolios across 40+ countries, with the goal of implementing a more centralised approach to ensure comprehensive and suitable insurance coverage for the expanding business.
