Rogelio Hernandez is Vice President of CAC Specialty’s Multinational Team advising clients on strategies, structures and servicing of global risk management and insurance programs. He works across all CAC Specialty industry groups in supporting colleagues and clients on all lines of insurance and addressing compulsory and regulatory requirements clients must follow in doing business in multiple countries. 

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Rogelio was a Multinational Advisor at Marsh, where he managed over 50 clients, both US companies with international operations, as well as foreign-domiciled companies with US entities. In this capacity, he placed and serviced his client’s global insurance programs, working with most of the international insurance companies and multiple brokers around the world. Prior to Marsh, Rogelio was a Claims Examiner with Argo Group (US) resolving claims for commercial specialty lines clients and public entities.

Rogelio currently serves as a board member for the Greehey School of Business Risk Management Advisory Board and is a Director-at-Large for the CPCU Alamo chapter. He is a graduate of the Greehey School of Business at St. Mary’s University, in San Antonio, TX, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, in Financial Services & Risk Management, and has a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
